We talk a lot about making whiteboard videos with VideoScribe. But visual practitioner Heather Martinez bucked the trend. She made a blackboard style scribe for the National Art Education Association – and it won her not one but two prestigious awards.
Heather uses engaging visuals to help her clients communicate and increase retention. When we saw her latest scribe for the NAEA, we agreed it was the best blackboard-style scribe we'd ever seen.
So it's great to see her scribing skills being acknowledged in the form of two Gold Hermes Awards.
The Hermes Creative Awards is an international competition for creative professionals involved in the concept, writing and design of traditional materials and programs and emerging technologies. Entries come from corporate marketing and communication departments, advertising agencies, PR firms, graphic design shops, production companies, web and digital creators and freelancers.
This year brought in over 5,500 entries so it's a massive win for Heather and the NAEA team. Congratulations to everyone involved!
If you want to find out more about the project, you can read a case study on Heather's blog.
