# Happy World Health Day! New images to celebrate

Posted by [Naomi Linford](https://blog.videoscribe.co/author/naomi-linford) on April 7, 2021

Happy World Health Day! Today is all about promoting fair and equal access to healthcare, regardless of where you are in the world. It's also a chance to recognize the superhero efforts of healthcare professionals who've worked tirelessly to protect us all over the last year. If that includes you, we can't say thank you enough!

To help us all show our appreciation and celebrate this important day, we've created a whole new collection of VideoScribe images centred around health and wellness. Read on to see them in action and get ideas for your own healthcare animated videos!

To use all the new images and video ideas mentioned in this blog, just log into your VideoScribe account or start a free 7-day trial today (no credit card needed)! 👇

## New stick figure yoga images

<iframe style="position: absolute; top: 0px; left: 0px; width: 100%; height: 100%; border: none;" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture" xml="lang" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/Rlzjm1VNCnU?feature=oembed" width="200" height="113" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen data-mce-src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/Rlzjm1VNCnU?feature=oembed" data-mce-style="position: absolute; top: 0px; left: 0px; width: 100%; height: 100%; border: none;"></iframe>

From downward dog to warrior pose, we've got all your yoga needs covered. Yoga is a great way to boost mobility and flexibility while getting some time for mindfulness (crucially away from screens!). The last year has really shown us just how important is it to protect our mental health.

So why not ask your community to share their favorite yoga poses, use these images to share your tips and tricks, or even create an animated yoga tutorial.

Plus, don't forget you can use animation options like 'morph' in VideoScribe to seamlessly move from one image to another. [Check it out in our tutorial here](https://blog.videoscribe.co/4-easy-animation-techniques-to-transform-your-videos).

## Images of people in healthcare

<iframe style="position: absolute; top: 0px; left: 0px; width: 100%; height: 100%; border: none;" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture" xml="lang" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/FY_o0KlMRAg?feature=oembed" width="200" height="113" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen data-mce-src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/FY_o0KlMRAg?feature=oembed" data-mce-style="position: absolute; top: 0px; left: 0px; width: 100%; height: 100%; border: none;"></iframe>

Looking for something a bit more healthcare focused? Then you'll love our medical graphics! They cover everything from medical buildings like hospitals and dentist offices to medical professionals like nurses, doctors and dentists (plus COVID-19 specific imagery).

💡 TOP TIP 💡 Change the color of these images to suit your story, brand or preferences!

## Celebrating health and healthcare heroes with video

Now you've got the right creative assets in your toolkit, it's time to get creative. How will you use video to share your message on World Health Day and beyond?

To get your creative juices flowing, here's 3 ways we'll be using video to support physical and mental health. Check it out 👇

### Spread the love for healthcare workers

<iframe width="200" height="113" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/8RFM1ZbLL9c?feature=oembed" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture" allowfullscreen style="position: absolute; top: 0px; left: 0px; width: 100%; height: 100%; border: none;"></iframe>

First things first, we need to take a moment to say thank you to healthcare workers around the globe. Their dedication and selflessness is what's protected us during the COVID-19 pandemic.

This is our appreciation animation but creating your own version is easy in VideoScribe. Plus, you could include extra personal dedications to your local healthcare professionals or share your own story of working in healthcare.

### Share your tips for a healthy mind and body

<iframe width="200" height="113" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/zmmL4YlYmTg?feature=oembed" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture" allowfullscreen style="position: absolute; top: 0px; left: 0px; width: 100%; height: 100%; border: none;"></iframe>

From nutrition and posture, to balance and stress relief, health doesn't just mean having a six-pack. Health is about feeling good in your body and doing what you can to live a long and happy life.

So, why not share your own tips and tricks for improving physical and mental health in a quick animation. It could be you've found exercises to prevent neck ache while sat at a home desk. Or maybe you've come up with smoothie recipes that pack in even more veggies for extra vitamins and minerals.

### Reflect on your healthcare journey

<iframe width="200" height="113" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/RoxKrmO7eWk?feature=oembed" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture" allowfullscreen style="position: absolute; top: 0px; left: 0px; width: 100%; height: 100%; border: none;"></iframe>

Whether you've taken up roller skating during this pandemic or focused on your mental wellbeing with meditation, reflecting on what you've learnt and how far you've come is an important step in your wellness journey. Try creating your own video wellness journal to keep track of your progress and consider where you want to put your focus and energy next.

We used our 'Scrapbook' video template to create this animation - you can find it by logging into VideoScribe and clicking on the 'Template Scribes' button on the left-hand side.
